Description : An annual woody much-branched undershrub, branches slender, terete. Leaves 2.5-6.3 cm long, lanceolate, with rounded base, sharply serrate. Flowers 1-2 in each axils, calyx 6-8 mm long, lobes triangular, corolla yellow, nearly twice as long as the calyx. Fruit 5-6 mm diam., carpels 5-9.
Distribution : Chittagong, Cox’s Bazar, Dhaka and other part of the country in fallow lands.
