| Description : | A lofty evergreen tree with tall cylindric bole and comparatively small crown. Leaves 9-21 cm long, elliptic, or ovate-elliptic, acute or shortly acuminate, coriaceous, nearly glabrous above and stellate-pubescent beneath. Flowers subsessile, in simple, 3-7-flowered, axillary racemes, petals 1.5-2.5 cm long, stellately pubescent. Fruit-belly 1.8-2.5 cm long, wings 7.5-12.5 mm long. |
