Description : A climber or erect shrub, according to circumstances. Leaves imparipinnate, 25-38 cm long, leaflets 17-25, obtuse, 2.5-3.7 cm long. Flowers small purplish, in copious axillary panicles, with elongated racemose branches, shorter than the leaves. Pod up to 1 cm long, strap-shaped.
Distribution : Forests of Chittagong, Chittagong Hill Tracts and North Bengal.

Uses : Roots and leaves are used in gonorrhoea and aphthae in Khagrachari.
