Description : A leafy rhizomatous herb, rhizome small. Leaves long petiolate, in tufts, the blade 15-30 cm long, lanceolate, acute. Flowers in radical, compact spike with long, pink coma bracts at the top, flowers yellow, longer than the bracts.
Distribution : North Bengal, in fallow lands.
